Brazil coach Luiz Felipe Scolari has slammed Barcelona over Neymar's health problems.
Neymar has been diagnosed with anemia by Barca medical chiefs, which has been questioned by Scolari.
"It is unacceptable that Neymar has anemia. Before he was in Barcelona, he played in the Confederations Cup and was perfect," declared Scolari.
"It seems that they (Barcelona) are those who know everything, they are always right.
"It's clear that Neymar would lose weight after (tonsil) surgery."
