PSV Eindhoven chief Marcel Brands has confirmed Santiago Arias will be allowed to leave.

Arias is attracting interest from Swansea City, West Ham United, Everton and Tottenham, says AD.

Brands says if the right offer arrives, PSV are willing to sell Arias and fellow fullback Jetro Willems.

He said: "They will be both allowed to leave. If so, we will have to replace them."

Chelsea wing-back Kenedy is being linked with PSV as a replacement for Willems.
