Inter Milan chief Marco Branca says they'll continue to support Adriano as the striker undergoes treatment for depression in Sao Paulo.
He said: "Adriano is working well in Brazil. In recent years, the boy has had a some personal problems, but we are trying to solve things together.
"Today we've heard from our doctor, who is over there, and the news is good. We'll leave him until the end of the program and then bring him back the same way as the other players.
"The first deadline is in the early days of January, when he will return to Italy. We are confident that this talent will be back to the one of two seasons ago."
