Branca insists Inter Milan cycle not over

Inter Milan chief Marco Branca insists the current team's "cycle" is not over.

Former Inter midfielder Thiago Motta, who joined PSG last month, claimed as much yesterday.

But Branca insisted: "The cycle is over? These discussions are premature, and obviously they are for inside the club and not in public. Before these games there was no negative streak and then obviously with the results people started losing faith."

On Wesley Sneijder's future, Branca added: "Wesley is a great champion and will prove it. "
