Titus Bramble has played his last game for Sunderland and is preparing to leave then club this summer.
The 31-year old centre-half did not feature after Paolo Di Canio's arrival and is on the way out after joining from Wigan Athletic in 2010.
He posted the following on Twitter:

During his time at the Stadium of Light, former Newcastle United defender Bramble made 51 league appearances for the Black Cats.
