Bramble excited by Bent, Gyan Sunderland attack

Titus Bramble is convinced Sunderland's new-look attack is destined for big things.

The defender is confident Asamoah Gyan and Darren Bent will prove lethal.

Bramble said: "Darren guarantees you goals, but he does like playing with someone up there and I think Gyan will be a good partner for him.

"I watched him at the World Cup and was extremely impressed with him then.

"We haven’t played with him in training yet because he went back to France to collect his things and then went away on international duty, but we are looking forward to seeing him in a Sunderland shirt.

"I reckon they are definitely going to get at least 30 goals a season between them and that is what you need if you are going to be successful."
