After a heavy defeat to Arsenal on Saturday, Wigan defender Titus Bramble is confident it is only a matter of time before the team begins to play how new boss Roberto Martinez wants. After a season and a half under old manager Steve Bruce whose style of play was quite direct, Bramble says hard work is the key to adapting.

"We are still adapting to the new manager, it's still a transitional period, but if we work hard I'm sure we'll improve," said Bramble.

"We just didn't get properly started and if that happens against a team like Arsenal, then you're going to get punished and that's what happened."
