Sporting Braga winger Helder Barbosa has again emerged as a transfer target for Celtic.
The Scottish champions first showed interest in the 25-year old back in 2010 after they met the Portuguese club in a Champions League qualifier and his agent suggests there is renewed curiosity in the former Porto man.
“At this moment the interest from Celtic is still there and is, I think, stronger than before,” said agent Angelo Martins of Barbosa who has recently fallen out of favour at Braga.
“Two months ago, Helder played for the national team of Portugal, so he can play at the top level.
“Helder would be thrilled to go to Celtic, I can assure you.”
