West Ham United vice-chairman Karren Brady says terms over a new deal have been agreed with Sam Allardyce.
Brady wrote in The Sun: "A contract has been agreed and it only needs West Ham to be mathematically safe from relegation for it to be signed by boss Sam Allardyce and the owners.
"I doubt if Sam and the team could have done much better and I can only think the Venky's had collective bird flu when they sacked him from Blackburn."
