Bradley Wright-Phillips struck twice in yesterday's MLS playoff.
The New York Red Bulls striker matched the league record with an impressive 27 goals in 32 games, outscoring the likes of Robbie Keane, Jermain Defoe and Landon Donovan.
The tally saw Wright-Phillips become the first Englishman in history to win the MLS Golden Boot and he was rewarded with a giant tifo before the Eastern Conference elimination game with Sporting Kansas City.
Dom Dwyer had opened the scoring for the visitors at the Red Bull Arena before the ex-Manchester City man hit back, once again.
With under 15 minutes to go, he turned home a Thierry Henry cutback before glancing a header past Eric Kronberg in stoppage time to send the Red Bulls supporters into raptures.
