Former USA coach Bob Bradley has slammed Arsenal chiefs Arsene Wenger and Ivan Gazidis for snubbing his son in January. Bradley says Arsenal were considering AS Roma midfielder Michael Bradley, but then decided to opt for Kim Kallstrom, on-loan from Spartak Moscow.
"In January, Arsenal was looking for a midfielder and they chose Kim Källström. That's not a bad player, but I think my son feels confident that he is a better player. But Arsene Wenger and Ivan Gazidis, the general manager, did not think that way.
"Sometimes it does not matter what you do, you do not get the respect that you always deserve," said Bradley, now in charge of Stabaek IF.
Son, Michael, is currently playing for Toronto FC in MLS.
