Bradley to leave Monchengladbach to join Chievo Verona

Michael Bradley is on the verge of finalising a deal to join Italian Serie A club Chievo Verona.

The 24-year old USA international midfielder will depart German Bundesliga outfit Borussia Monchengladbach with some reports suggesting he has already agreed personal terms with the Gialloblu.

Bradley joined Monchengladbach from Dutch club Heerenveen in 2008 but has fallen out of favour under Lucien Favre in recent times and was subsequently loaned to English Premier League outfit Aston Villa last season.

He has been linked with AS Roma this summer but it appears likely that he will land at the Stadio Marc’Antonio Bentegodi before the European transfer deadline on Wednesday night.
