Michael Bradley admits it was a dream to make the move from Chievo Verona to AS Roma.
The 24-year old American midfielder joined the Roman outfit for around $4.6million on the weekend and is extremely excited about getting started with what he describes as 'one of the biggest clubs in the world.'
"It's been something that's been in the works for a while," said Bradley.
"Obviously for me when I found out that Roma's interest was real, that Roma was interested in bringing me in, that was all I needed to hear. These opportunities don't come around every day. To have the opportunity to play at a club like this was something that I was never going to pass up.
"It's been my dream to have the chance to play for one of the biggest clubs in the world. To be here now and have the chance to play for Roma, it's something that means an incredible amount to me. To be here at a club with so much tradition, so passion, so much history, this is what I've always dreamed of.
"Now that I'm here I'm determined to give everything I have to the make the team the best it can be."
