Bradley enjoys first Gladbach start

Michael Bradley secured his first start with Borussia Monchengladbach in their 2-2 draw with Vfl Bochum. Bradley, the son of US Men's National Team coach Bob Bradley, returned from international duty to work with interim coach Christian Ziege. With Borussia Monchengladbach looking for a change in fortune following a bad start to the season, Ziege fielded a different line up putting Bradley in and advanced position behind lone striker Rob Friend.

With USMNT players finding it hard in Europe to get playing time this season, Bradley will be hoping his contribution was good enough to earn a regular starting spot.
