Manchester City defender Dedryck Boyata says the players know they have a big target on their backs this season.
City were turned over 3-0 by Arsenal in the Community Shield yesterday.
Boyata told Sky Sports: "We know this year is going to be really difficult because a team like Arsenal has done everything in the transfer market to get the best players they can.
"They have bought some good players and I think this year will be tough with Arsenal, Chelsea, United. It will be tough."
