Bournemouth winger Matt Ritchie has heaped praise on Scotland boss Gordon Strachan.
Scotland's qualification for Euro2016 hangs in the balance but Ritchie has backed the national manager who has made his integration to international football so much simpler than it may have been.
26-year-old Ritchie, who has five Scotland caps, said: "His work ethic and the way he carries himself around the players has been fantastic.
"It is tough being an international manager. You don't get much time with the players but the way he uses the time is very clever.
"I've settled in very quickly and that is down to him."
