Bournemouth winger Marc Pugh enjoyed their 4-0 rout of Middlesbrough.

Pugh marked his 250th league appearance for the Cherries with a goal and felt that the performance was 'electric' against Middlesbrough.

"It's a great day to make my 250th league appearance," he said.

"But most importantly, we got a crucial three points - but I'm delighted, 1-11 we were electric and started so well.

"Our pressing was excellent and we showed more desire to win it I think, particularly in those first 10 minutes.

"Our movements and rotations were superb and we showed great desire, it just shows the characters we have in the dressing room to bounce back from last weekend's defeat.

"The big games we turn up, we want to beat last year's tally."
