Napoli midfielder Jonathan de Guzman is set to join Premier League club Bournemouth on a season-long loan, reports the Daily Mail.
The Dutch international previously rejected the chance to join Sunderland and will now join Eddie Howe's side according to the report.
The 27-year-old scored 15 goals in 93 appearances for Swansea City during his two-year loan stay at the club between 2012 and 2014.
