Bournemouth have seen a £5 million bid for Birmingham City winger Demarai Gray turned down.

The Cherries are pushing to close a deal for the whizkid today, knowing the likes of Liverpool, Everton and Newcastle United are also keen.

Sources at Dean Court claim Bournemouth will return with a new offer this afternoon.

Meanwhile, those close to Birmingham state it will take £7 million - plus bonuses - for them to part with Gray today.
