Newly-promoted AFC Bournemouth have reportedly lodged a club-record £5 million bid for Sporting Braga striker Eder.
After securing the Championship title on the weekend, Bournemouth have displayed their Premier League intent by becoming the first club to formally make an offer for the Portuguese international, according to The Telegraph.
The 27-year old has also attracted interest from other Premier League clubs like Southampton, Newcastle United and West Ham United, who have been tracking the forward over the past few months.
Eder represented Portugal at the 2014 World Cup in Brazil last summer and has scored seven league goals for fourth-placed Braga this season.
Overall, the former Academica forward has netted 23 times in his 44 league starts for Braga.
