Bournemouth striker Jermain Defoe has urged fans not to panic after a dismal start to the season.
The Cherries lost 3-0 at Arsenal on Saturday.
Defoe said: "There's no need to panic. We need to show character and we have to bounce back now.
"We need to continue what we're doing each day as everyone works so hard in training. We need that one win to go on a run.
"Last season was unbelievable and I haven't seen any reason behind the scenes why we can't do it again.
"We've got good spirit and we already can't wait for the game on Friday under the lights, we have to win."
