Steve Francis isn't concerned by Bournemouth's lavish spending this summer.
The Cherries captain believes the £25million they forked out for Jefferson Lerma has been dictated by an inflated transfer market.
"I remember when we signed Nathan Ake for £20million. If you look at that now, it's probably a snip. He's such a player of high quality," said the 33-year-old.
"It's kind of the going rate when you look to sign a player who is experienced and ready to play in the Premier League – they are the type of prices you are paying.
"I think you have to pay that kind of money if you want to get in the quality of players.
"If anything, we may have got Diego and David Brooks at a snip as well. We will have to wait and see."
