AFC Bournemouth are reportedly confident of landing a pair of players from Chelsea this summer.

The Daily Mirror is reporting that the Cherries feel assured they will sign Nathan Ake and Asmir Begovic from the Premier League title favourites.

It is understood that Eddie Howe is willing to part with £25million for the defender and goalkeeper who have both been heavily linked with the Dorset club this season.

22-year-old Dutchman Ake impressed on loan with Bournemouth earlier this season before Antonio Conte recalled him in January.

Bosnia & Herzegovina international Begovic was close to joining the Cherries in the winter but opted to stay and help the Blues push for the premiership. He is expected to leave Stamford Bridge at season's end.
