Bournemouth's Dan Gosling believes Leicester City midfielder Wilfied Ndidi was lucky to get away with a poor challenge in Saturday's 1-1 draw.
Ndidi caught Gosling on the calf with a high, mistimed tackle in the first-half of the clash - which ended with Riyad Mahrez scoring a 97th minute equaliser.
But Gosling feels that on another occasion Ndidi might have been dismissed for his challenge.
"It was a 50-50, I got there before him and it was a high challenge. I've got a cut on the side of my calf," said Gosling.
"It sort of went unnoticed. I don't think anyone really picked up on it. It was a little bit naughty but we are both competitive and you get on with it.
"I don't think it was deliberate but it was high. I don't think he intentionally went to hurt me but on another day, it might have been a red card.
"I had to make the referee aware because it went unnoticed and he said I had kind of fouled him so that was probably why he played on. I found that very strange."
