Bournemouth goalkeeper Asmir Begovic has stated that he is looking to get one over former manager Jose Mourinho.

Begovic will be going up against his former Chelsea manager Mourinho when Bournemouth travel to Old Trafford to face Manchester United.

And ahead of the game, the Bosnian goalkeeper has stated that he is looking to spoil the Portuguese boss' night by helping the Cherries claim a victory.

Asked about Mourinho, Begovic told the Daily Echo: "It will be great to go up against him. Hopefully, we can get a result and dent his evening a little bit.

"I'm looking forward to seeing him and to the challenge in general. Nemanja Matic is a good friend of mine as well so I'll definitely say hi to both of them and it will be nice."
