Bournemouth hero James Hayter is open to a fulltime return to the club.
Hayter is currently dividing his time between helping out with the club's pre-academy youngsters and playing for National South high-fliers Havant & Waterlooville.
Hayter, who works for Cherries on a part-time basis, told the Daily Echo: “I'm realistic. I'm 38 and know football doesn't go on forever so you have to look at other avenues.
“If something were to come up and there was conflict with playing then something would have to give and it would probably be the football because you have to look long term. I have had a good innings and you have to do what you have to do.
“I'm doing my coaching badges and enjoy helping out and passing on some of my experiences. It's something I'm looking to move into but it's still early days."
