Premier League new boys Bournemouth are reportedly close to signing Glenn Murray from Crystal Palace.
The Mirror reported that 31-year-old Murray is ready to leave Selhurst Park after his chances in the first team have been restricted under Alan Pardew, having spent part of last season on loan at Reading.
Bournemouth boss Eddie Howe will hope to beat fellow Premier League newcomers Norwich City to Murray´s signature as he looks to strengthen ahead of the new season.
Murray´s move may further be confirmed by Palace´s bid for Sunderland striker Connor Wickham being accepted.
