Bournemouth drew 1-1 with Sevilla on Sunday in their first game of preseason.

Wissem Ben Yedder put Sevilla 1-0 up in the first-half after he wriggled Bournemouth's defenders in and out while pushing them back, before unleashing a shot that rifled low and past Asmir Begovic.

Bournemouth scored an equaliser 20 minutes from time through Jordan Ibe, earning the Cherries a draw against tough opposition to kick start their pre-season.

The game was the first opportunity for manager Eddie Howe to get a look at the shape of his current squad in a match and also the first time Bournemouth have been involved in a game that used VAR.
