Lazio midfielder Ricardo Kishna says Nathan Ake can be an inspiration for young Dutch players.
Kishna has spent this season on-loan with ADO Den Haag and insists leaving Holland as a youngster can work - as Ake has shown with Bournemouth.
He told AD: "I went to a beautiful football country, to a nice club. I played the first twenty games. Then I got injured. That was my bad luck, not so much my choice.
"There are other examples of players who went abroad at a young age, but did not succeed there.
"But now look at Aké. This season in the Premier League he was named player of the year at Bournemouth."
