AFC Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe was full of praise for Ryan Fraser after his match-winning performance on Sunday.
The 22-year-old Scottish winger came off the bench in the 55th minute to replace Junior Stanislas when the Cherries were 2-0 down to Liverpool at the Vitality Stadium.
Fraser, who spent time on loan at Ipswich Town last season, won a penalty which was converted by Callum Wilson before scoring a goal and then providing an assist for Steve Cook as his side overran the Reds to win 4-3.
Howe told the club's official website of Fraser: "He was absolutely magnificent today in my opinion.
"He's trained like that for the last three or four weeks, he's been very patient so I'm pleased he could do that in front of the home fans.
"Technically and tactically he's excellent, it was a great finish for his goal and this will do him the world of good, we're delighted with Ryan."
