Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe has tipped Aaron Ramsdale to become a top-class goalkeeper in the future
Ramsdale endured a terrible difficult debut for new loan club Chesterfield after he was unable to stop his side from suffering a 4-0 defeat against Accrington in League Two.
But despite his poor performance, Howe has backed the goalkeeper to become a top goalkeeper in the upcoming years.
Ramsdale told the Daily Echo: "I think it's important Aaron plays games now. He has developed well and trained well. We think he has improved since he has been with us.
"Now the acid test comes – he has got to show that in games. And games which are going to be really important, big-pressure games.
"It will be really interesting to see how he develops from afar because we really do believe he could be a great goalkeeper."
