Bournemouth boss Eddie Howe is eager to see Baily Cargill succeed on-loan at Fleetwood Town.
The 22-year-old, who made 10 appearances on loan at Gillingham last season, made his Premier League debut in March when he came off the bench for Cherries against Manchester United.
Boss Howe said: “With Baily, it was very much to get him games, to build his career experiences and, hopefully, develop him as a player.
“I think it's very difficult in my seat when you have a squad of players to pick from.
“Sometimes, you have to make a decision for the player.
“That's what we have done with Baily. We certainly wish him well and hope that he enjoys his loan, does very well and plays lots of games."
