Bould delighted for Arsenal youngsters after Academy title triumph

Arsenal are the Premier League academy champions after defeating Tottenham in yesterday's final.

Rhys Murphy struck the winner in the second-half, while Arsenal had to survive the final 20 minutes with ten men after defender Luke Ayling's dismissal.

Gunners coach Steve Bould told arsenal.com : "It's great for the kids. It's their reward for their efforts. We've surpassed the rewards I had aimed for this year so this just adds to it all. It's a great end to their season but they need to be professional and turn their minds to the next game like all good teams do."

Henri Lansbury was back for the game and Bould added: "I thought he was fabulous in the second half. Before the break he was right wing, left wing, off the front - all over. He was a little bit undisciplined and we tried to rein that in a bit and in the second half and he started to look like the player we know he is."
