Former Charlton and Rangers defender Madjid Bougherra has expressed an interest in returning to England. The Algeria international has been linked with a move to Marseille, as a possible replacement for Souleymane Diawara, but claims his priority will always be to play in England again.
"I would love to return to Europe," Bougherra admitted.
"I have a contract in Lekwiya until 2015, but if there is an opportunity to return to Europe, England will be my priority.
"I love English football and I already have some clubs interested in me. I would love to play there again."
