Boton boss Megson willing to offload Andy O'Brien
Bolton Wanderers boss Gary Megson is ready to allow defender Andy O'Brien to leave in January.
The Mirror says the experienced centre-half, 30, is out of the Wanderers side this season and Megson has blocked recent attempts to take him on loan as he is the next man in line for a game.
However the former Newcastle United stalwart can head off from the Reebok in the New Year as a reward for his loyalty - with Megson looking to promote his replacement from within.
