Borussia Dortmund are struggling to reach a price for Manchester City striker Edin Dzeko.
The Daily Mail says City value Dzeko at around £25m and Dortmund are reluctant to spend above £15m.
The German side are looking for a replacement for Robert Lewandowski who is attracting attention from Bayern Munich and Manchester United.
