Borussia Dortmund are inviting offers for Shinji Kagawa. The Japan international has rejected a new contract offer from Dortmund and favours a move to England, where Manchester United and Chelsea are keen.
Dortmund chief executive Joachim Watzke told Sport1: "He is no longer unsellable. If anyone is interested, they should notify either the player or us."
Agent Thomas Kroth has had his say on the matter, adding: "It's not about money. The player has a career plan and some goals. That's what it's about."
