Borussia Dortmund chief Michael Zorc is determined not lose chief scout Sven Mislintat.

Mislintat is being linked with Arsenal as a replacement for long time talent spotter Steve Rowley, who is expected to leave this season.

However, BILD says Mislintat is tied to BVB until 2021 and close to Zorc.

Indeed, the 45 year-old has only just been rewarded with a promotion this season, being named BVB's "Head of Professional Football".

Mislintat fought back after a difficult time last term under former coach Thomas Tuchel, who banned him from training after the pair fell out.
