Borussia Dortmund chief executive Hans-Joachim Watzke has taken a pop at Chelsea over last season's Champions League triumph.
Watzke feels Chelsea were fortunate to win the trophy.
He told the London Evening Standard: "I think Abramovich is not so interested in developing the club for the next 10 years, it is all about the Champions League. When they did it there was a lot of luck, it was the most unbelievable win for a number of years. Against Barcelona they had no chance.
"But the Spanish FA made a big, big mistake. It was unbelievable to make the El Clasico (the League game between Real Madrid and Barcelona) in between the first and second legs. It was crazy."
