Borussia Dortmund boss Klopp plays down Lewandowski's mooted Man Utd move

Borussia Dortmund manager Jurgen Klopp says he has no fears about Robert Lewandowski leaving the club.

The 24-year old Poland international is being heavily linked with a summer move to Manchester United but Klopp feels that the current state of German football will allow the Bundesliga champions to retain the attacking star.

"I've no idea (about this). I'm not afraid he is going to be leaving us," said Klopp.

"Manchester United is one of many clubs that are going to be showing an interest in him. But the fact remains the contract is with us.

"The time when there were big, rich English clubs coming to lure German players away - thank God those times are over.

"No, I'm not afraid I'll be losing him and in the second half of the season he'll be with us."
