Marco Borriello is happy he chose to stay with AS Roma.

While not a first-choice, the Italy striker is happy to be part of the Serie A leaders.

"The pecking order at Roma means it is difficult to play from beginning to end but as fate would have me stay here, I feel an integral part of this team," smiled Borriello.

"A contract renewal? My agent is talking with the club, these negotiations will be short."
