Fabio Borini's agent wants clarity over his client's future at Liverpool.

Borini struggled for playing time at Liverpool last season and it is widely expected that the Reds will be looking to facilitate the striker's departure this summer.

However, Liverpool are looking for a permanent sale and have rejected any loan deal on the table for the Italian.

Borini's agent Marco de Marchi said: "Soon we will have to talk to Liverpool.

"Several teams have asked for Fabio on loan but the Liverpool board have always refused, especially in light of the £10million bid that was rejected last year from Sunderland."
