French Ligue 1 club Bordeaux are reportedly ready to swoop for Arsenal starlet Gilles Sunu.

The 18-year old striker is unhappy at Emirates Stadium and with his contract due to expire in the summer, Bordeaux boss Laurent Blanc is set to pounce and sign him for next to nothing.

Sunu has represented France at all of the youth levels but cannot crack it in Arsene Wenger's first team as he continues to score for the Gunners reserves.

Lower tier clubs have been seeking a loan deal for Sunu but Wenger has not allowed a move for fear of rival Premier League clubs attempting to sign him and he wants him to sign a new deal before any loans are even considered.

If Sunu does not put pen to paper with Arsenal, it looks likely that he will end up with Bordeaux who will have to pay very little for a player with such huge potential.
