New Bordeaux boss Jean Tigana fears he will lose star midfielder Yoann Gourcuff to Arsenal.
The successor to recently appointed France manager Laurent Blanc at Stade Chaban Delmas said that bigger clubs had the resources to bid for a player such as Gourcuff and may be forced to plan for season 2010/11 without the 23-year old.
"Since I arrived, I've said: he has a buyout clause of £22 million. If someone comes and buys him, I will not have my say," Tigana told L'Equipe.
"If there is no offer... You know, I like to work with good players, it makes me happy. I'm not going to complain."
Reports suggest that both Arsenal and Manchester City are interested in Gourcuff.
