Bordeaux president Jean-Louis Triaud says Manchester United defender Mikael Silvestre remains a target.

"I don't know, I'm not the one who deals with it," Triaud told Le Parisien. "It's the coach (Laurent Blanc) who manages the situation.

"He knows Manchester and the player. But it's a very complicated case for financial questions.

"We will see. But we have other options."
