French club Bordeaux say they would be open to the return of Marouane Chamakh but only on a free transfer.
The Moroccan striker is on the outer at Arsenal and is being linked with a summer shift to his former club.
Les Girondins president Jean-Louis Triaud says he would like to hear from Chamakh if the player is keen to head back to the Stade Chaban Delmas but according to sudouest.fr only wants the 29-year old on a free.
