Bordeaux coach Jean Tigana is prepared to sell Yoan Gourcuff this summer.
The France international playmaker has been linked with Manchester City and Arsenal since the end of last season.
Former Fulham boss Tigana said: "Since I arrived, I've said: he has a buyout clause of €25 million. If someone comes and buys him, I will not have my say.
"If there is no offer ... You know, I like to work with good players, it makes me happy. I'm not going to complain."
