Wilfried Bony says the presence of Ivory Coast teammate Yaya Toure will be crucial to him settling quickly at Manchester City.
The former Swansea City striker knows there's skepticism over his chances of making it at City.
Bony recalled: "The moment I heard (about City's interest), I called him. He said, 'If it's true, just let me know. I'll always be there'.
"He was giving me advice and everything. Before (the move) we were talking a lot, but now it's even more, because we're going there together at the end of the tournament."
