The Bianconeri threw away a 2-0 lead in the space of 60 seconds for a 2-2 draw on Monday night that effectively ended their top four ambitions.
"Once again we have to comment on a strange game where, despite going 2-0 up, ended in a draw that ruined our hopes of reaching the Champions League," wrote Bonucci on his website.
"From what we have seen on the field in this tormented year, it's obvious that even fortune has turned its back on us. Just look at the fact Giorgio Chiellini hit the upright, followed by Luca Toni soon after.
"However, this mustn't release us of our responsibilities. When a situation like this keeps happening, then it can't just be bad luck."
