Juventus defender Leonardo Bonucci says it's critical they begin delivering silverware.
Juve's new board are six months into their ambitious overhaul.
Bonucci said: "We always need to do well going out on the pitch with the right mentality worthy of Juve.
"We want to win. The words of our President, repeated by Del Neri, represent the thinking of the team."
Reflecting on his own form, Bonucci said: "My improvement has been seen alongside Giorgio Chiellini.
"Right now I want to keep playing this way to play an important role at Juventus and for Italy."
